Following your order from your account

Every order you place is listed under My Orders in your account, with its current status.

• Pending: the order is placed and waiting for confirmation.
• Confirmed and Processing: the store has accepted it and is preparing it.
• Packed: it is boxed and ready to go out.
• Delivering: it is on its way to your address.
• Delivered: it has arrived.

An order that has not been paid yet can be deleted from its page.
